Hassles Well I think this band is fabulous BUT..they've been caught here in a rather extra-special moment sounding, gawd, dare I say it, at their best? hmm, it's my opinion BUT...it's really splittin' hairs!

Rodent Aside from the pleasant songs and good performance, this is a stand-out recording because of the technical quality. The vocal/instr. blend is outstandingly well-done and the recording sounds super clean & transparent. (Budding sound engineers take note: this is the kind of clarity & balance you should strive for.) Favorite track: Batshit.

She's a truly talented vocalist who can bounce across, around, and within her own compositions creating variants on melody that are purposeful and fresh. The band rides alongside her; contributing twangy licks and textures that seep with the vaporous loneliness of open desert spaces.
